It's these attributes -- and so much more -- that have made Carrie McAlister one of the East Bay's premier real estate agents.


Carrie has been helping clients buy and sell properties for nearly 15 years. She uses a well-honed blend of analysis and intuition to best position clients for success, and she does so with a warmth and trust that puts both clients and colleagues at ease.

WFamily_1hen she is not marketing listings or negotiating real estate contracts, Carrie can be found voluteering with the Berkeley Symphony or working to improve run-down buildings in Berkeley & Oakland.  She supports organizations including Elevate Oakland, Berkeley Public Schools Fund, Aurora Theatre, BAM PTA, and the International Rescue Committee. She is on the Board of the Piedmont East Bay Children's Choir. 



The Family

A graduate of Harvard University's Kennedy School of Government, Carrie worked for years as a management consultant in the U.S., Latin America, and the Middle East before becoming a top-producing Realtor®. She negotiated contracts for companies like American Express and News Corporation and worked for several years in new resort finance with Marriott Corporation.


Carrie's business acumen and genuine care for client's concerns have served her clients well throughout the years.  Consequently, she has built a home sales and investment business primarily upon referrals from previous clients.



Carrie is also a founding member of Veros Partners, LLC, a real estate investment group placing investments in single-family and multi-family properties. A California native, she holds degrees from UC Santa Barbara and Harvard University. Carrie has lived and worked in cities throughout the East Bay.
